Club Hours

The club is open to members from dawn until dust

seven days a week.

 

Free Introductory Sessions

People of all ages, backgrounds and abilities are welcome to have a go by booking an introductory session with the Club Secretary.

Introductory sessions are held regularly on Saturdays between 10 AM and midday.

The club provides all the equipment to get you started so all you need to bring is a pair of

flat soled shoes.

Members Club Sessions

Club sessions, when members and would-be members mix in together, are held every Monday and Wednesday from 1 PM to 4 PM, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6 PM tp 8 PM, and every Saturday from 10 AM to midday.
